Development Corporation (CDC) is a 501 (c) (3)
non-Profit organization formed in September, 2004,
to:

Address
issues and concerns expressed by the residents and remaining
business owners within our target area Roosevelt Blvd to
Sedgley and from 9th St to Broad St, in the
Hunting Park section of the city.
·
Halt and reverse the negative trends
that were prohibiting Hunting Park from being able to
sustain its economic viability as an urban community.

· To facilitate greater understanding and
reconciliation through Community Dispute Resolution
· To develop and rehabilitate affordable, low and mixed-income housing
in our target area
Social Justice
· To foster conditions of economic and social justice by engaging
community residents, the mobilization of community resources
and educating and informing residents of their ability to
shape their community and their own future.
