Rehabilitate vacant houses and build new houses to Sell, and Rent to low to moderate and middle income individuals and families.

We provide information on housing services that are available to the residents of the community. 

We have partnered with Northwest Counseling Services and Citizens Bank to provide

·         The Processing of the Phil Loan, Mini Phil Loan, and Phil Loan Plus for home repairs

·         The Processing of the Reverse Mortgages for seniors to make repairs to their homes.

·         personal credit repair and credit maintenance;

·         money management through budgeting;

·         rights and responsibilities of homeowners;

·         the mortgage application and purchase process;

·         financial assistance programs;

·         mortgage delinquency and default counseling;

·         foreclosure prevention and intervention counseling;

·         identifying and avoiding predatory lending practices
